5 Stars I love Gilad
I have been working out with Gilad since the age of 16, I love this workout video. My 15 year old son,who is not overweight loves it too. The exercises are to point. He forcus on the abs. Once I get over my lazziness, my stomach will be flat.
2 Stars gilad usually does better
I didn`t like this one because of two reasons
1. He is counting here really strange, i honestly didn`t like that “2-count” type of workout, fisrt he made you do the move on 2-count, then the same move at regular 1-count, this was a bit confusing for me.
2.The overall workout is waaay too easy. For those, who doing 45/45 split routine – this one is going to be a breeze.
I like Gilad generally, think he is awesome, but this particular workout is not for me. May be for the first time-super-beginners who like to do easy moves slowly, on 2 counts
5 Stars I love Gilad’s tapes
I really enjoy Gilad’s work-outs! The work-outs on this video are all bewtween 20-25 minutes. On days when I’m pressed for time, I can still squeeze in one of these work-outs rather than skipping exercise entirely & feeling guilty all day. On the days when my schedule is less hectic, I’ll do one of Gilad’s work-outs then go on to do some strength training with free weights. I would not consider this to be advanced in any way. A beginning exerciser could easily do it. If you’ve been exercising already like me, then you can just do the moves with more intensity. Some other cardio tapes I’ve tried were too hard to follow…I want to work my body not my brain when I’m working out. If I have to try too hard to follow them & I’m stumbling through mis-step after mis-step, at the end I don’t feel like I got a good work-out. But I don’t have that trouble with Gilad. Gilad’s cues are good so he’s easy to follow & you’re always ready for the next move…the first time you do one of his videos, you’ll be following along no problem. He’s got lots of tapes…get moving & try one!
5 Stars An exercise video I can always find the time for
I grow tired of exercise videos after a few months but not this one. I started out doing the entire video but found that I can now skip from the warm-up to the challenge segment and maintain my degree of abdominal fitness cutting down on the time I need to fit this video into my day. The warm up is good for keeping the entire body limber and stretched out. I added small free weights for upper body work to the warm up segment. Gilad is easy on the eyes and the background music is not annoying.
5 Stars Great ABS workout.
This workout takes you through working your abs in a way that you don’t feel like you’re straining yourself, but in the end you can feel the burn. I agree it is not the MOST intense workout, but it is intense enough that if you use it everyday, or at least 3 times a week you WILL get results. Good luck.
