Best Six Pack Abs Program – The Truth About Six Pack Abs

A few months ago I ran across Mike Geary’s Truth About Six Pack Abs program.  At first I threw it in the mental garbage bin that I put all of the other fat loss programs in, but soon I couldn’t look anywhere without someone talking about it in the diet/weight loss community.  I heard it from both guys and girls so I figured either this was a conspiracy on a mass level or the principles were solid.

My curiosity got the best of me.

I got my copy of the e-book and started devouring the pages, and within the first few minutes I had already learned things I’ve never even heard of in all the fitness and nutrition articles I had read before.  Many of these tricks could be easily added to my routine without any problem at all, so I did so.

I read on, jaded as can be from being lied to by so many other programs, expecting the workouts to be long and boring as they are with most exercise programs.

I was wrong again, and for once I was happy to be wrong.

In just a week after using the techniques and workouts, my stomach was looking flatter than it had in a long time. My ab muscles were more defined, and I was still on the basic level workouts!

I’ve taken breaks since then, but all in all this is the best abs program I’ve ever come across.

If you’ve ever wanted to have a flat sexy stomach or a chiseled six pack, I recommend you suspend your disbelief and check it out.  It doesn’t need to be a big leap of faith either, as Mike is running a trial offer at just $4.95 for the first 3 weeks.  You should take him up on it before he comes to his senses.

End The Frustration Of Flabby Abdominal Abs

Filed Under (Abdominal Abs) by John McMills on 02-09-2010

Tagged Under : , , , , , , ,

The abdominal abs are one of the least understood muscle groups of the body. If you’ve ever spent more than five minutes searching the web for a great abdominal workout, you will have observed that everyone is telling you something different. These aren’t minor differences either, sometimes two plans towards the same ends are polar opposites of each other. And that’s just the abdominal abs workout portion, do not even get me started on the insanity surrounding your nutrition!

They can’t all be right, in truth, most of them have to be wrong…right? Two thirds of all adults in America have been measured to be overweight, half of that to be obese according to data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2001 to 2004. My guess is that that has gone up since, and not because of a shortage of workout programs, diets, diet pills, gadgets, gizmos, and other garbage.

have you ever looked at one of those gadgets or gimmicks on tv and bought it not due to a confidence in the product, but in a blind hope for the results? the odds are grossly against you coming out on top. most are created to fail you and have you back on that couch, depressed, donut in hand in under a week.

Stop falling for it. On the other hand you must be able to recognize gold when you see it and use it. You can never succeed should you fail to take the action.

As a warning, there’s going to be both a nutritional and a physical element to any good abdominal abs program. If you’re going after something that is lacking either, you won’t see any worthwhile outcomes. It may be disheartening, you may hate hearing it, but it’ll save you time and money. No need to give up on your quest for firm abdominal abs though. You must first, however, clear your head of all the garbage information you’ve been spoonfed for years. You need an open mind when beginning a program. Should you deviate from the program and it does not work, it’s your fault, not the program’s. I know for a fact Truth About Abs works, so I feel that would be a fantastic place to start your journey. Their students have had extraordinary transformations and I believe it will work for you too.

Good luck.

Abdominal Abs Truth

The abdominal abs are probably one of the most misunderstood muscle groups in the body.  Many people believe that there is something special about them, that different rules apply.  The bottom line is, all muscles work roughly the same way.

The composition of muscle tissue doesn’t change based on where it is in the body; it doesn’t gain a new purpose if you put it in a different place.  This considered, why would different muscles react to the same stimulus in a different way?

Abdominal abs are subject to the same principles of muscle building that apply to the rest of your muscles.  Treat them the same way.  They need to be broken down under sufficient stress, and they need proper fuel and rest time.

Do not work the abdominal abs daily.

The only reason I can conceive that people would is because most don’t know how to work them correctly.  The muscles become sore when they are broken down.  If you aren’t getting sore from your abdominal abs exercise, you’re not working them fully enough to merit seeing results.

It doesn’t matter if you want a ripped midsection, a stronger core, or just firm abs, the breakdown is the same.  The purpose of stomach exercise is to break the muscles down.  That stimulus creates a demand on the body to adapt.  They will grow back stronger if, and only if, you give them the right nutrition and rest.

If you’re ready to bust open the many myths on abdominal abs, I’d recommend visit our friends at Truth About Abs.

How to Get a Six Pack Fast With Trans Fats

Filed Under (How to Get a Six Pack Fast) by admin on 28-09-2009

As soon as I heard about this one I had to run and tell you guys about it.  I’ve been studying the diet game for quite some time now, and this guy is one of the first that mentions, let alone knows the existence of healthy trans fats.  Mike Geary, the man, the legend, has struck again and he brought a friend this time.  He and Catherine Ebeling will teach you how to get a six pack fast using a whole slew of new tricks in Fat Burning Kitchen.

This one is hot and fresh off the presses.  I yanked some an excerpt from the book you might enjoy.

“…Not many people know this fact, but CLA is actually a natural form of trans fat, but it is FAR different than the artificial trans fats from hydrogenated oils that are so deadly and that you hear all of the negative information about. CLA is actually one of the only healthy trans fats in existence.

CLA is a natural form of healthy trans fat that occurs in the fat on the meat, and in the dairy from ruminant animals such as cattle, bison, deer, goats, sheep, kangaroo, etc. CLA in natural form has been shown to help in burning off abdominal fat and also maintaining or even building lean muscle.

Warning: do NOT use CLA supplements as they contain an artificially created form of CLA that is a different CLA isomer compared to the natural CLA isomer that’s found in meats and dairy from ruminant animals. The CLA isomer found in CLA supplements can have negative effects in the body and is more similar to an artificial trans fat. The only form of CLA is that going to benefit your health and help you to reduce body fat is the natural CLA isomers from grass-fed beef, bison, venison, etc or from grass-fed raw milk or cheeses.

Also, grass-fed meats and dairy contain 3-5x the CLA of grain fed meats, so avoid your typical grain-fed grocery store meats.

So that is the reason why I focused more on red meats such as grass-fed beef and bison during this 23-day cutting cycle instead of chicken, turkey, or fish — because the extra CLA can really help in accelerating fat loss and preserving lean muscle…”

This is just a taste of what you’re going to get from this book.  They’re running a sale this week AND you get the Advanced Nutritional Fat Burning Blueprint” showing you how Mike went from 10.2% body fat to 6.9% body fat in 23 days.  Some people say that the bonus is worth more than the product, but you can’t get it anywhere else.  You’re going to have to pay a pretty penny for it later if you don’t get it with this offer, assuming they put it on the market separately.

You also have the option of getting Truth About Abs (the product I’ve been raving about forever) with it and collectively save $30. The offer looks to expire when the clock strikes midnight October 2 Central Time (US).  You’ll kick yourself later if you miss this one.
