How to Get a Six Pack Fast – Measuring Your Measurements

Part of how to get a six pack fast is maintaining constant knowledge of the state your body is in. But everything has its limits. If you measure your weight every day you’ll be taken in by the natural day-to-day fluctuations in your weight.

Sometimes you’ll do everything right the previous day and still gain weight. When you notice that, it enforces a false idea that what you were doing was the wrong way to achieve your goal and you are less motivated the following day. It becomes a downward spiral until you eventually give up and do nothing at all.

In general, you’ll find you’re actually wasting time and energy measuring your weight more than once a week. This, I believe, is the smallest unit of measurement you can use and get accurate feedback.

On the other side you have the axiom, “out of sight, out of mind.” If you don’t get relatively regular feedback, you could spend too long doing the wrong things or, even worse, forget about the goal you were after altogether.

The next point to address is what you’re measuring. Another part of how to get a six pack fast is knowing you’re heading in the right direction, but you shouldn’t be falsely rewarded either. You may lose weight and be worse off than before if that weight lost was muscle. The only number you should concern yourself with is your body fat percentage.

Spot reducing can’t be done, so in order to see your abs you must have the correct overall ratio. You could also measure inches, but that’s subjective. If you do that, you’ll be able to measure your progress, but not how far you are from your goal. For most cases you’ll be able to see solid abs if you have a low body fat percentage, but I’ve heard of no rule of thumb when it comes to waist measurement. Even if I did, it’d probably be relative to your other measurements and end up being overly complex.

How to get a six pack fast, the condensed version, is to make changes in your diet/exercise, accurately measure those changes, and adapt to what the results tell you.

How to Get a Six Pack Fast With Trans Fats

Filed Under (How to Get a Six Pack Fast) by admin on 28-09-2009

As soon as I heard about this one I had to run and tell you guys about it.  I’ve been studying the diet game for quite some time now, and this guy is one of the first that mentions, let alone knows the existence of healthy trans fats.  Mike Geary, the man, the legend, has struck again and he brought a friend this time.  He and Catherine Ebeling will teach you how to get a six pack fast using a whole slew of new tricks in Fat Burning Kitchen.

This one is hot and fresh off the presses.  I yanked some an excerpt from the book you might enjoy.

“…Not many people know this fact, but CLA is actually a natural form of trans fat, but it is FAR different than the artificial trans fats from hydrogenated oils that are so deadly and that you hear all of the negative information about. CLA is actually one of the only healthy trans fats in existence.

CLA is a natural form of healthy trans fat that occurs in the fat on the meat, and in the dairy from ruminant animals such as cattle, bison, deer, goats, sheep, kangaroo, etc. CLA in natural form has been shown to help in burning off abdominal fat and also maintaining or even building lean muscle.

Warning: do NOT use CLA supplements as they contain an artificially created form of CLA that is a different CLA isomer compared to the natural CLA isomer that’s found in meats and dairy from ruminant animals. The CLA isomer found in CLA supplements can have negative effects in the body and is more similar to an artificial trans fat. The only form of CLA is that going to benefit your health and help you to reduce body fat is the natural CLA isomers from grass-fed beef, bison, venison, etc or from grass-fed raw milk or cheeses.

Also, grass-fed meats and dairy contain 3-5x the CLA of grain fed meats, so avoid your typical grain-fed grocery store meats.

So that is the reason why I focused more on red meats such as grass-fed beef and bison during this 23-day cutting cycle instead of chicken, turkey, or fish — because the extra CLA can really help in accelerating fat loss and preserving lean muscle…”

This is just a taste of what you’re going to get from this book.  They’re running a sale this week AND you get the Advanced Nutritional Fat Burning Blueprint” showing you how Mike went from 10.2% body fat to 6.9% body fat in 23 days.  Some people say that the bonus is worth more than the product, but you can’t get it anywhere else.  You’re going to have to pay a pretty penny for it later if you don’t get it with this offer, assuming they put it on the market separately.

You also have the option of getting Truth About Abs (the product I’ve been raving about forever) with it and collectively save $30. The offer looks to expire when the clock strikes midnight October 2 Central Time (US).  You’ll kick yourself later if you miss this one.

How to Get a Six Pack Fast- Golden Tip Overlooked

Filed Under (How to Get a Six Pack Fast) by admin on 02-09-2009

Everyone wants to know how to get a six pack fast, but more times than not they ignore even the easiest, highly effective tips.  I mean, I can understand not wanting to do real work on your body because, c’mon, it’s work.  This tip, however, is easy and incredibly effective, so you have no right to complain if you haven’t been doing this.  Get more water flowing through your system!

I don’t mean just drink more water, although water has incredible properties when it comes to weight loss.  There are a lot of foods that are high in water content that not only rev your metabolism, but are low in calories.  You don’t feel like you’ve eaten any less with these foods and I wouldn’t expect too much fat gain if you’re eating a lot of water.  Most of these foods are fresh vegetables.

7 Reasons why water is the panacea of fat loss:

  1. When you drink more water, that’s less stomach space for bad stuff.
  2. Dehydration causes a slow of fat-burning.
  3. There are byproducts of body breakdown in general, especially when burning fat.  These toxins must be flushed from the system.
  4. Water aids in blood flow.  If your blood is sluggish, you’ll feel the same way.  It’s really a pain to work out when tired.
  5. If you’re dehydrated brain function is decreased, and considering the structure, the logical mammalian brain that’s helping you exercise is probably the first to go.
  6. Water is still relatively cheap if you use a purifier.  If your nutritional changes put too much of a strain on your budget you might not even start.
  7. Water actually fights water retention!  If you’re getting water on a regular basis your body doesn’t need to store it as readily anymore.

Knowing how to get a six pack fast is only half the battle.  The other half is making sure you have a plan that you’ll stick to.  I’d suggest small changes if you’ve had trouble in the past or don’t have the motivation.  When motivation isn’t a problem in your mind, you’ll want to learn how to get a six pack fast from an expert that has helped thousands.  Check our friends out at Truth About Abs through the link when you’re ready to get those dream abs.

How to Get a Six Pack Fast

Filed Under (How to Get a Six Pack Fast) by admin on 21-08-2009

More times than not, the question I’m hit with is not of how to get a six pack, but how to get a six pack fast. We live in an age where patience dwindles and the importance of the journey is lost. Instant gratification has become king, which is why most of us need to reshape our bodies in the first place. We seek to buy the golden fleece of strength, ignoring the fact that strength can be forged, but never overnight and coupled with a dangling price tag.

Don’t get me wrong, you can find some great information learning how to get a six pack fast, but most of us have forgotten that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. We get distracted and put the goal off as our body composition shifts unfavorably. Panic sets in as we become disgusted and buy dreams. But information and machines are only as good as the uses they are put to. Read that last sentence again and again until it sticks. If you understand that concept and yourself you’ll at least save a lot of money. If it sparks a change you’ll also become more productive.

I’d love to be the one to teach you how to get a six pack fast, but the sad truth is many of us already have that knowledge and seek more. It’s as if we think a different exercise plan that we won’t do will give us better results. If that seemed harsh, I make no apologies. Despite the sting, an unbiased viewpoint of reality is what is needed if you seek to change something.

I want to help you, but unless you invest in yourself and strengthen your resolve nothing else will make any difference. So make a decision today, recognize the excuses that have been keeping you from where you want to be as bull and move forward. The universe will never deny you what you want, but your beliefs will. If you’re not holding yourself back, you’ll get that six pack faster than you ever thought possible.

Be honest with yourself today. If you knew how to get a six pack fast, would you use that information? If not, don’t buy anything else. Take some time out for yourself to resolve whatever is holding you back. But, if you would, get a plan and start changing yourself for the better. I’d recommend my friends over at Truth About Abs as they’ve helped so many others. If you’re ready, you can check them out through any of the links. I wish you the best of luck on your journey.
