The Abmat was recommended to me by a CrossFit certification program. Performing core body exercises on the Abmat targets your abdominal muscles in a way that you just can’t get from doing regular crunches on the floor.

Ordered the ABMAT, based on its use by Crossfit enthusiasts. I actually think it works very well. I’m not sure about the DVD, I never received one with the product.

This product will really stretch your abs AND your lower back. I highly recommend it! (It’s very lightweight and easy to take into the gym.)
