How to Get a Six Pack Fast – Measuring Your Measurements

Part of how to get a six pack fast is maintaining constant knowledge of the state your body is in. But everything has its limits. If you measure your weight every day you’ll be taken in by the natural day-to-day fluctuations in your weight.

Sometimes you’ll do everything right the previous day and still gain weight. When you notice that, it enforces a false idea that what you were doing was the wrong way to achieve your goal and you are less motivated the following day. It becomes a downward spiral until you eventually give up and do nothing at all.

In general, you’ll find you’re actually wasting time and energy measuring your weight more than once a week. This, I believe, is the smallest unit of measurement you can use and get accurate feedback.

On the other side you have the axiom, “out of sight, out of mind.” If you don’t get relatively regular feedback, you could spend too long doing the wrong things or, even worse, forget about the goal you were after altogether.

The next point to address is what you’re measuring. Another part of how to get a six pack fast is knowing you’re heading in the right direction, but you shouldn’t be falsely rewarded either. You may lose weight and be worse off than before if that weight lost was muscle. The only number you should concern yourself with is your body fat percentage.

Spot reducing can’t be done, so in order to see your abs you must have the correct overall ratio. You could also measure inches, but that’s subjective. If you do that, you’ll be able to measure your progress, but not how far you are from your goal. For most cases you’ll be able to see solid abs if you have a low body fat percentage, but I’ve heard of no rule of thumb when it comes to waist measurement. Even if I did, it’d probably be relative to your other measurements and end up being overly complex.

How to get a six pack fast, the condensed version, is to make changes in your diet/exercise, accurately measure those changes, and adapt to what the results tell you.

Get a complete guide from Truth About Abs that will help transform your body and give you a step-by-step guide on how to get a six pack fast. You’ll also be getting a ton of incredible bonuses when you buy today that will streamline your success. Enjoy your journey to a better body, and please come back and tell me about your transformation. I’d love to hear about it.

Take me to my new body, please!

How To Get A Six Pack Fast – The Fun Way

Filed Under (How to Get a Six Pack Fast) by John McMills on 08-09-2010

Tagged Under : , , , ,

How to get a six pack fast is simple, it does require work, but that work does not need to be unpleasant. A sad many people see exercise as some sort of demon who steals souls simply at the mention of its name. No one is going to see results if that’s how it is, nor should it be expected. If you can get over the, “it’s bad, it’ll always be bad, it has to be bad,” mindset, open your mind to the chance that it could be fun, you’d look a lot better. It is possible to actually find ways to enjoy it, and this is not in some fantasy world.

Throw out the term exercise as I suggest the following, as for some reason even the idea seems to put a damper on some people’s day. Was there ever a sport or physical discipline you were enthusiastic about? Perhaps you never put much thought into it. Perhaps you thought you wouldn’t be good at it, or were too old, or some other garbage reason. Forget about the social pressures and influences and begin that activity because you would like to and it would be fun.

All sporting activities call for bursts of energy at some opportunity. This is basically a type of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and in terms of how to get a six pack fast, this is one of the top activities on the list. It burns gobs of calories in short amounts of time and will continue burning calories for up to 48 hours after. Usually this is difficult to perform, however it becomes easier in these situations for the reasons I’m about to list.

While you’re doing these activities you join a group or community of like-minded individuals. These are other people excited about the activity and that excitement will rub off on you. Should you miss a practice, your buddies from the group may well ask you why you weren’t there. Should you build close enough relationships with the rest of the group, it is like possessing a legion of people helping you get in shape.

Each workout style is competitive in a manner. This competition pushes you to greater heights. It brings more of your mind and body to the fight. Many people find it hard to have self-competition, however with other people part of you says, “They’re just regular people, if they can do it why can’t I?”

My top recommendations are soccer, basketball, tennis, gymnastics, martial arts (of any kind), and boxing. Football isn’t on the list as most people who get serious about it try to pack on weight. This is not a complete list by any means, but all of these choices use up a bunch of calories. Should you want to try another similar activity not on the list, by all means do it. Take pleasure in your new training style as well as the six pack abs you get with it.

Prepare to find out everything you ever wanted to know about how to get a six pack fast. When you visit our web site you will come across techniques and tips that no one else will mention, as well as a free report on 27 metabolism-boosting tricks.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars This is THE solution to your six pack!
Right On! This book really reveals the secret of getting in rock-hard shape. I love the sections about carb rotation, and the author is not afraid to mention supplements that will help you get to your goal… whereas so many other books never do that. The work-out routines might be very similar to others you have seen, but the information about nutrition is very detailed… all you need to do is follow the guidelines and flab will be flying off. Another great section is about how models/bodybuilders prepare for competition. I always wondered about how they got those deep ridges between their abdominals. It’s all in this book. Finally someone that covers it all.

5 Stars A Great Investment!
I have just started following the Abs for Life System for about 3 weeks now and I’ve lost 9 pounds and an inch off my waist so far. I have trained on and off for about ten years now and this is no word of a lie, I’ve actually learned more from reading this book than I have in those ten years of reading all the fitness mags. I like the fact that although the book emphasizes on getting abs, it also provides a plan for building muscle all over your body. Myself and a few buddies at my gym have all been following the muscle building plan contained in the book.

Nutrition is covered extensively. As the author points out, forget sculpting great abs and a great body if you cannot nail your diet. I have learned so much about food I could write my own book on the topic! The meal suggestions were great and especially liked the guilt free desserts that were listed.

I like the approach of this system as it is maintainable not just short term, but I can see myself sticking to this for years to come. I will update this review in 12 weeks, but wanted to write something now as I am soo pleased with the results.

Please read this book, for under $16, it really is a sound investment. Bravo!

2 Stars Why did other people give this 5 stars?
This book stinks. And is inaccurate. I disagree with about 20 things he said in this book. I suppose its acceptable for beginners and first timers, it will point you in the right direction, but if you are even the slightest bit experienced or have read other fitness books you will realize this book stinks.

I recommend the Body Sculpting Bible for Men, its not a ab-specific book, but no book really is including Abs for Life. The bible’s section on diet and nutrition is much better than Abs for Life.

5 Stars Great buy for the money…
I thought the book was very straight and to the point in that you can do crunches till you can’t do anymore, but just adominal work won’t get you that dream set of abs you desire. He tells you that in this book and how the key to a chisled stomach is mainly your diet.

Great read for anyone starting out and not fully understanding why you can’t see that flat stomach as of yet.

5 Stars If you want abs buy this book
I used to often buy all the workout magazines you see in the stores. Abs in 4 weeks! Eat the junk and still get a six pack! All these cover stories get you to buy the magazine, but in reality these are unrealistic goals. Sure if you run 15 miles a days and were to eat just grapes and prune juice you would lose weight, but hardly anyone has the time to do these plans or would want to eat such boring food for any protracted period of time. I have brought many workout books over the years and they tend to concentrate on the exercises and when it comes to diet its eat more protein, eat less junk, thanks for the cash, see you later.

This book is different. Unlike the recycled articles in the magazines written by pot-bellied journalists, this book is written by Neil Frost a man not scared to show a picture of himself and the results he has achieved following his own program. Achieving a six pack is within your grasp if you have the discipline to stick to the principles laid down in this book.

The program takes about 12 weeks and if you check out his website then you can see before and after pictures together with testimonials of people that have succeeded with this lifestyle program. I say lifestyle, as exercise will account for very little of your time. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym. The biggest part of the program is learning what you should be eating and when and this is fully covered in the book together with recipe ideas.

The exercise section is well thought out and easy to follow, the diet section is in depth but straightforward.

If you have the willpower to stick to this program, you will see impressive results. I know i have.

There is also a DVD for this program which is also worth a look.

How to Get a Six Pack Fast With Trans Fats

Filed Under (How to Get a Six Pack Fast) by admin on 28-09-2009

Tagged Under : , , , ,

As soon as I heard about this one I had to run and tell you guys about it.  I’ve been studying the diet game for quite some time now, and this guy is one of the first that mentions, let alone knows the existence of healthy trans fats.  Mike Geary, the man, the legend, has struck again and he brought a friend this time.  He and Catherine Ebeling will teach you how to get a six pack fast using a whole slew of new tricks in Fat Burning Kitchen.

This one is hot and fresh off the presses.  I yanked some an excerpt from the book you might enjoy.

“…Not many people know this fact, but CLA is actually a natural form of trans fat, but it is FAR different than the artificial trans fats from hydrogenated oils that are so deadly and that you hear all of the negative information about. CLA is actually one of the only healthy trans fats in existence.

CLA is a natural form of healthy trans fat that occurs in the fat on the meat, and in the dairy from ruminant animals such as cattle, bison, deer, goats, sheep, kangaroo, etc. CLA in natural form has been shown to help in burning off abdominal fat and also maintaining or even building lean muscle.

Warning: do NOT use CLA supplements as they contain an artificially created form of CLA that is a different CLA isomer compared to the natural CLA isomer that’s found in meats and dairy from ruminant animals. The CLA isomer found in CLA supplements can have negative effects in the body and is more similar to an artificial trans fat. The only form of CLA is that going to benefit your health and help you to reduce body fat is the natural CLA isomers from grass-fed beef, bison, venison, etc or from grass-fed raw milk or cheeses.

Also, grass-fed meats and dairy contain 3-5x the CLA of grain fed meats, so avoid your typical grain-fed grocery store meats.

So that is the reason why I focused more on red meats such as grass-fed beef and bison during this 23-day cutting cycle instead of chicken, turkey, or fish — because the extra CLA can really help in accelerating fat loss and preserving lean muscle…”

This is just a taste of what you’re going to get from this book.  They’re running a sale this week AND you get the Advanced Nutritional Fat Burning Blueprint” showing you how Mike went from 10.2% body fat to 6.9% body fat in 23 days.  Some people say that the bonus is worth more than the product, but you can’t get it anywhere else.  You’re going to have to pay a pretty penny for it later if you don’t get it with this offer, assuming they put it on the market separately.

You also have the option of getting Truth About Abs (the product I’ve been raving about forever) with it and collectively save $30. The offer looks to expire when the clock strikes midnight October 2 Central Time (US).  You’ll kick yourself later if you miss this one.
