A tough, thorough, and non-stop ab/core workout on DVD. Caron does numerous exercises consisting of both traditional ab work such as crunch variations and non-traditional exercises such as plank. There is little rest throughout the 40-minute program, but Caron has a knack for knowing just when to stop . . . you know, just when you’re about to start screaming for mercy. A weighted ball is optional for some exercises.
